It cost about 350.00....I used elevator brackets for the corners and that made it easy to build and exceptionally stable once it is set up.. I built it from my own plan..the floor is 4'x4', the walls are 5' tall... I pre-fabed it on the ground putting it together with lag screws..floor, 4 walls, and roof all separate pieces..then once I had the floor set up, I put the walls up one at a time and put the roof up in one piece..
